Today I attached a new futsal training exercise: Exercise one against keeper from two to one corner
In this training exercise alternate endings nearby futsal strategy and a state of transition or start fast game.

EXERCISE: Exercise one against keeper from two to one corner
SPACE: Tennis football, basketball field, …
Number of players: 9, 10, 11, 12 and 2 goalies field
OBJECTIVES: Ending nearby strategies, coordinating the completion shot volleys, execution speed, numerical superiority and inferiority, transition, change of mentality, etc …
DEVELOPMENT: We started with two situations closely strategy (corners or bands) without performing the movement counter (feints, etc ..) that have preset. Once the 2nd serve a situation where one of 2c1 punches folds (in this case is the first bag) from the corner of the goalkeeper occurs.
