Training exercise football: Exercise three to two continuous

Hi.
Today I attached a training exercise futsal: exercise three against two continuous
It is a new task to train the 3c2 in attack and defense. It is very simple and easy to apply to many categories and ages.
EXERCISE: CONTINUOUS 3C2 (WAVES)
SPACE: Basketball court, football field, half football field.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS: 9,10,11,12, etc.And 2 goalies.
OBJECTIVES: Attack and defense at a disadvantage, attack defense change of mentality, pace, speed endurance, competitiveness, etc ….
DEVELOPMENT: Work 3c2 in waves. It can be done with 3 teams competitively. The trio that attacks the following sequence will alternate touch defend them. The couple who defended plus the foreign partner form a trio to attack immediately after the defense.
VARIATIONS: Limit the number of passes to end, limit number of touches, completion time limit, drawing competition, priority goals, penalize goals conceded, etc … And all you can think about that.
