We share a new futsal training exercise

New training exercise Futsal: Possible 4v4, 3v3, 2v2 or 1v1
MINIMUM PLAYERS 8 field players and 2 goalkeepers
TIME: 10/12 minutes.
SPACE: football field, basketball court.
OBJECTIVE: Positional Attack, adaptations, equalities work structures trios, pairs, individually.
DEVELOPMENT: Two teams of 4 players off the court. Coach calls a number from 1 through 4 and enter as many players as name. Possible situations of 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 or 4v4 will be given.
VARIATIONS: Can vary touches and passes to finish game, etc …. And all you can think of and you find them useful.
